FineArt is a MUST for your wedding!
5 for 5 on our entire experience!
For us, booking vendors for a destination wedding was nerve racking. There are no sit down meetings that can happen beforehand, so most of the work is done over email and online searches. Scary stuff for what’s supposed to be the most important day of your lives.
We received dozens of photographer recommendations and after combing through their websites, we landed on FineArt for several reasons.
One being, their photos were out of this world. Like, WOW. Way better than almost everyone.
The price was right! Photos are not cheap, people. If you want it done right, it costs, but when you compare what you’re getting with FineArt to the galleries of other vendors who may charge more or less, it’s truly the most bang for your buck.
Their sales manager, Elena, is on top of it! She’s fast on email, answers all your questions, and her attention to detail is on point.
Too many times I would send an email to a vendor and either not hear back, or some of my questions would go unanswered; not with Elena. She would routinely check in with us just to check and see if anything had changed.
That’s what you want because life gets crazy and you may slip up and forget to let a vendor know about something important. She kept us on the rails and made us feel prepared.
Our photographers, Alvaro and Jorge, were total pros and a couple of charmers. Everyone loved them.
They were part of the family, and yet invisible at the same time, catching special moments… not creating them. Do you follow?
There was a lot less time spent on posing for photos than there was them simply catching the moment, which is what you want. Lastly, they were flexible.
I wouldn’t say our families are crazy, but when it came time for group photos, we were all over the place (crying babies, running around, distracted, etc etc, it was hilarious).
Alvaro and Jorge just went with the flow and it was FUN! We had jumping photos, sunglasses photos, photos with the ENTIRE wedding group, you name it. Piece of cake for these guys.
Ok, so if you’ve read this far, you need to know the most important part. Our photos. The photos of only the bride and groom. Stunning, simply stunning.
They blew our mind and we feel so lucky. Each photo looks like a painting, and each pose is natural. No silly forced poses.
So yes, if we were going to get married again (we’re not), we would call FineArt Studio!!!! Don’t look anywhere else. This is it.

Choosing Cancun’s Fine Art Studio was the single best decision we made when we chose vendors for our wedding!
Always the consummate professionals they responded quickly and answered every question we had along the way.
They even answered questions about Cancun, the Riviera Maya, and other non-wedding issues.
Out of all our vendors, they were the most responsive and trustworthy.
The team was very easy to work with we sent them a link to a Pinterest page with ideas of different shots we wanted and got them all.
They arrived early for our wedding and were taking pictures from the beginning.
I was so concerned that I didn’t look bad in the pictures and they gave great feedback and direction.
Lastly, they are amazing at their craft!
Our entire family and friends loved every image and those that were not able to make it feel as though they are there every time the look at the pictures.
You only have one wedding and you should remember it the way it happened, with beautiful images to look back on.

I really recommend this company and especially Fabrizio.
I didn’t have to worry a thing about photo during the whole wedding.

FineArt Studio is simply THE BEST
Pros: Highly skilled, Artistic, Professional, Kind, Punctual, Responsive, Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Cons: None
My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend FineArt Studio’s photography services.
We were married mid-July at the Grand Sunset Princess in Playa Del Carmen and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.
From their professionalism beforehand and the day of our wedding to the stunning images they captured and returned to us recently, we couldn’t be happier with our decision to select FineArt as our wedding photographers.
Prior to arriving to Mexico, we were in contact with Elena, the Sales Manager, who put us at ease by making sure all details (payment info, day of wedding meeting location, shot list, etc.) were addressed before our big day.
Elena was very responsive on e-mail and very kindly answered all of my seemingly endless questions Gionata shot our wedding and were an absolute pleasure to work with.
They captured the smallest details (a beautifully shot photo of my wedding day jewelry) and major moments (our first kiss!) so perfectly and artistically.
We had a large party of 86 guests, which made group shots a bit challenging. Nonetheless, Gionata expertly guided our guests through all of the group shots and did so in a friendly, welcoming manner.
They also have a keen eye for capturing extra-special moments. For example, they noticed that a rainbow had formed off the coast during our cocktail hour.
They promptly found us mingling with our guests at our reception location and escorted us to the beach to take some of our most stunning photos of the day.
Lastly, as others have mentioned, FineArt more than delivers in the photos they return to you. Not only were they beautifully edited, but they gave us MANY more photographs than what our package included.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend FineArt Studio’s services to a friend or family member celebrating a special occasion in Playa Del Carmen.

Absolutely amazing!
Pros: Amazing work, professional, timely, patient, and awesome photographers!
Cons: NONE! Seriously, none at all!
We booked with FineArt for our December wedding as Dreams Puerto Aventuras and we were so very pleased with the communication up to the wedding, service provided the day of, and our amazing pictures!
We researched high and low for a photographer for our destination wedding and the online portfolio is what sold us on selecting FA.
They responded very quickly to the inquiry and booking was very easy! As we got closer to the wedding, we provided a list of all the shots that we wanted to capture and they got every single one.
The day of our wedding did not go as planned due to inclement weather, but Fabrizio and Gionata got amazing shots to capture the day.
They were very patient and have great personalities so they are really fun to work with. They definitely EXCEEDED our expectations and we cannot wait to go back and book another photo shoot.
Wedding pictures are very important and it is imperative that you get the best photographer. You can definitely trust FA with capturing every wonderful moment.
When I saw my pics and cried tears of joy because he captured every bit of happiness that took place on our wedding day.
We will never forget how much fun we had and we will always have the beautiful pictures to look back on.
Thanks so much for everything!!

Best Wedding Photographers EVER!!!
Pros: On time, quick response to emails, easy to talk to photographers.
Cons: NONE
I must admit I was very nervous is booking a wedding photographer in advance having not been able to meet them in person.
I began researching for several months, reading various reviews of photographers in Mexico, visting websites and reaching out to former brides who used various vendors for recommendations and feedback.
FineArt was the only company who I received all positive feedback on and was impressed with their prompt responses to the many questions I threw at them.
Elena answered my emails, questions within a few hours, and was accommodating and understanding to my every concern, which ultimately made my wedding process all the more enjoyable.
When I met Chesira and her assistant on my wedding day we hit it off immediately. She was patient and although I had many ideas of my own of various pictures that I wanted she took it all in and added her own unique flare to it all.
She was the best, my husband and I had a surprise for our guests when he arrived on a jetski and they were right there to take pictures of every moment.
The best part of it all is I didn’t feel like I was missing out on my wedding taking pictures, I was able to enjoy time with my guests who travelled to Mexico for us and was able to sneak off here and there with Chesira to get a few awesome shots when the sun was setting!
Overall my experience with Fine Art was amazing and I could not stress to any bride getting married in the Mexico area to go with FineArt Studio, you will get what all that you have envisioned and so much more!

Best Photographers!
Pros: Communication, Knowledge of lighting, Originality of poses, and everything else!!
Cons: None!!
From day 1 we knew that our wedding pictures were top priority. We decided to use FineArt Studio as our photographers and pay our resort’s vendor fee.
We loved their portfolio and they sure didn’t disappoint! They were great at getting back to us with any questions we had before AND after the wedding.
On the day, Diego and Jorge were great to work with and really put us at ease. You can tell that they really enjoy what they do and had tons of great ideas for poses, lighting, etc.
They also captured so many candid moments with us and our guests in addition to amazing sunset/beach pictures of us.
They fit in with our group so well that I don’t even remember them taking pictures during the reception but they got some really great ones.
We received our pictures a week ahead of schedule and received more than double the expected number of pictures.
We LOVE our pictures and would use them again and again if we could.
We couldn’t recommend FineArt Studio more!!

All the images exceeded our expectations
Pros: Professional, great communication, gorgeous pictures
Cons: None
Even though our wedding resort package included a photographer, I decided to seek out someone that reflected our personality and had a journalistic style to document a very special and important day in our lives.
FineArt Studio was such a pleasure to work with, so accommodating to our needs – especially coordinating from far away. Our photographers, Fabrizio and Gionata, were so wonderful in helping us stay calm, collected and comfortable to just be ourselves all day long.
Not only were our photos delivered earlier than expected, we received double the amount of images they promised.
All the images exceeded our expectations, and were a perfect reflection of our personalities and happiness on that day.
They captured such unique and unexpected viewpoints, it brought to life our emotions in that moment in such a wonderful way.
I would highly recommend FineArt Studio for any destination wedding or any other photography needs!

Amazing Experience!
Pros: Professional, great communication, great ability to adapt and see creative options
Cons: None!
My fiancée and myself booked Fine Art studio to take our engagement photos while we were vacationing in Mexico in October.
After reading so many great reviews, and seeing such beautiful portfolios online, this was by far the easiest wedding related decision we have had to make.
From my first email exchange with Elena, everything was incredibly clear and smooth.
The booking was easy and she was so helpful, which is incredibly important when you’re booking a vendor in a country we had never been to before.
We unfortunately had a lot of rain while in Mexico, and I was a little nervous that this would ruin our pictures.
After receiving them a few days ago, I can definitely say that they are so so beautiful, and beyond our expectations in every single way. We couldn’t be any happier.
Our photographer Gionata was amazing, took the rain completely in stride, and we were kept laughing through the whole experience.
I can honestly say It was the highlight of our vacation, we had a blast and couldn’t be happier with the final product.
If I could give 10 stars, I would <img class=”bbc_emoticon” src=”https://bdw.stevewright.netdna-cdn.com/public/style_emoticons/default/smile.png” alt=”:)”/>

August 4th Underwater Cenote Photography
Pros: Pricing, underwater photos, professional, diverse nationalities
Cons: None
Trashing my dress was the most beautiful, new experience I’ve had in my life.
My husband and I overcame some fear we had with the water since we’re not the best swimmers.
When we met with our photographers, Fabrizio being our main, they right away made us feel super comfortable.
They gave us freedom as to how we wanted to pose and they added their expertise to make every photo amazing!
I loved how they were all very detailed and creative. Yes, it was a very hot day, but in that moment you look at your husband/wife and you forget about everything.
It is a very unique experience and would totally recommend it to every couple!
FineArt Studio is up to date with all they do and from my point their pricing is adequate.
They are very professional and respectful.
Don’t let the thought of ruining your dress get in your mind, nothing happens to it, the Cenote’s fresh water does no damage.
I loved every second of this session, especially because it was something new for my husband and I.
We both did something we loved, he even brought his saxophone under water!
I’m telling you, FineArt Studio works with you in whatever ideas you might have!
They are spectacular!!

The Best!
Pros: Professional, easy to talk to, quick replies and great communication
Cons: NONE!!!
I was insanely ill on my wedding day. No seriously, some 12 hour bug, could not keep down any liquid or solids. It was awful. But you know what wasn’t awful?
Alvaro. He was so understanding, and if I hadn’t told you, you wouldn’t know that I felt like I was on deaths door.
Five minutes after he arrived, we forgot he was there! He took the most beautiful candid photos, and really captured the essence of me and my husband!
I cried when I saw them, and I will cherish them forever!
I’m actually kind of sad I won’t be getting married again, because then I would hire Fine Art!

Fun & Amazing
Pros: Great communication. Fun experience. Great photography.
Cons: None!
We had couples portraits on the beach at Playa Del Carmen. Two photographers from the studio showed up to our shoot instead of one.
They were clearly good friends and were in a great mood. Their banter and interaction with us helped ease the tension of a public shoot.
It was tons of fun! Their unique easy going characters were great to get along with.
The pictures we received were fantastic. Wonderful photos and moments.
Between the experience and the results, we couldn’t be happier

Amazing Service and great Pictures!
Pros: Great picture quality, much more excellent material provided as expected, perfect communication and overall
Cons: None
We have booked a 2 h sunset portrait session in Tulum last December. Highly professional photographers met us and took us for a shooting in a nice paradise-looking area of the beach – this experience exceeded our expectations!
Not only did we get a friendly caring service and photo shooting in a relaxed atmosphere.
This resulted in a great excellent quality pictures – even more, the amount of pictures we obtained was about double of what was promissed in the contract.
The guys gave their best to get to the best locations and catch the best possible moment, especially at the sunset.
Highly recommended!!!!!!!!

Super Happy with our wedding pictures!
Pros: Excelent communication, amazing photos and super friendly photographers
Cons: nothing
Amazing experience with Fineart Studio!!! We were so lucky to have come across their websites. What made us choose FineArt studio was their unique and well detailed photos.
At first we were a little skeptical because their prizes were among the lowest but their pictures were among the best.
We looked at all their sites and read a lot of reviews and all had great things to say about them. We spoked to Lisa (sales manager), and explained to her our wedding situation (same sex wedding).
She was very professional about everything and made it very clear that there was no problem and reassure us that it would be a great pleasure for them to photograph our special day.
She made us feel very comfortable. Our communication experience with Fineart Studio was excellent.
When the big day arrived, our photographer Chesira (main photographer) Alvaro (assistant photographer) arrived at the hotel early to set up and immediately started working without wasting any time.
They were never in our ways and allow us to get ready without staging the photos. All of our photos was very natural and nothing felt uncomfortable or staged.
Both of them went out of their ways to make our day magical. The photographers are very professional and passionate about their work, which shows in the pictures.
We are very happy with our decision!!! Our wedding photos are just what we imagine it would be, amazing.
I would definitely recommend fineArt studio to anyone who is looking for great service and great pictures. They are truly responsible and very honest.

Incredible Photographers!
Pros: Communication, Style, Delivery Time, Professionalism, Price
Cons: None
When we decided to get married in Mexico, I kept coming across underwater trash the dress sessions. After seeing the incredible photos that the photographers were able to capture, I decided I had to do it!
I chose Fine Art Studio because of their impressive quality of work and their prices were very reasonable.
Fabrizio, the owner, did our photos along with two assistant photographers. I have never in my life seen better team work and communication on a job.
They were so easy to work with and made us feel extremely comfortable working with them. Fabrizio and his team captured amazing shots from their unique perspective behind the lens.
Communicating with Lisa, the studio manager, was very easy and she was very prompt with email correspondences.
Overall, this was an unforgettable experience and we have a very unique way to remember our time in Mexico and our wedding day.
A little note for those of you who are afraid doing a TTD will ruin your dress, I wore my dress after the TTD session for a reception back home and family members were SHOCKED that I was wearing the same dress that I wore in the pictures because there was no damage.

Easily one of the best decisions we made!
Pros: Professional, Personable, Creative, Flexible, become a part of the celebration
Cons: None
We got married on July 19th, at Cabanas La Luna in Tulum, Mexcio. The bottom line for everyone planning a wedding–we feel like we got WAY more than we paid for.
We found FineArt from their website and blog and loved their photojournalistic approach. These guys are the best–Professional, communicative, personable, creative, flexible!
It can be scary to trust the photos of such a special event to a team that you don’t get to meet in person until the “day of” (we live in NYC). However, through our easy correspondence with Lisa (the studio manager) and their questionnaires we felt like we were able to give them a very clear idea of who we are and what we were hoping for–which proved absolutely true.
We worked with Diego (lead), Alvaro (2nd) and Nati (assistant). Possibly their greatest strength is how quickly and organically it felt like they were part of the celebration–not outsiders.
It allowed them to capture incredibly intimate moments without us ever noticing or feeling self conscious or worrying about “getting the shot”. Aside from the obligatory, “OK, now one with Grandma and the cousins” shots, nothing ever felt staged or forced.
They were also incredibly flexible. When the lighting wasn’t perfect before dinner, they rolled with it and grabbed us at just the right moment for our couples shots on the beach.
We couldn’t be happier with the pictures of our day. Working with FineArt and having Diego, Alvaro and Nati at our wedding was truly a pleasure…we were even sad when they had to leave the party!
Easily one of the best decisions we made.

Absolutely Perfect!
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Choosing FineArt Studio as our photographers was the best decision we could have made for our small wedding at the Royal PDC!
Photography was very important to us, and it took us a while before we decided on FineArt Studio for our wedding. It proved to be a very wise decision. Everything was perfect, from beginning to end.
Lisa, the office manager, was very helpful and answered all of our questions before we arrived in Playa Del Carmen.
Gionata and Alvaro were our photographers. These two are extremely talented and it shows in their work.
They arrived on time and immediately made everyone feel comfortable. They are professional, talented, easy to work with, and most importantly, take amazing pictures.
If we had to do it all over again, we’d pick FineArt Studio in a heartbeat.

Exceptional Experience
Pros: Studio Manager, Diego & Gionata – Professional, Fun & True Artists
Cons: Nada
We were married on February 8, 2014 at Dreams Tulum.
Although a photographer was included in the wedding package at the resort, we really wanted high quality photos of one of the most special days in our lives.
After doing some research, I came across FineArt Studio.
They had great reviews and their portfolio’s really impressed us.
The icing on the cake was when I communicated with Lisa, the Studio Manager. She was prompt, helpful and professional. From beginning to end, Lisa went above and beyond to make the experience perfect.
We chose Diego as our primary photographer. We also were fortunate to have Gionata join him on the wedding day.
They were great! and so fun! Considering my husband and I are a bit shy with photos, they made us very comfortable and were able to capture the most beautiful moments of our wedding.
They are true artists. We were so pleased with the results. Lastly, they were just really cool people. If it weren’t for all of the wedding distractions, we really would have loved to get to know them!
Check out our photos on Diego’s portfolio: Kelly and Alejandro.

Fantastic Experience
Pros: Artistic vison, professionalism, easy to work with!
Cons: None
FineArt Studio Photography are the consummate professionals. My husband had a commercial film company in NYC and I have worked as a film costume stylist in the film and commercial industry.
Needless to say, we were very particular about the quality of the photographs for my daughter’s April 12th wedding in Playa Del Carmen. We pored over numerous websites before selecting Fine Art.
Alvaro (lead photographer) and Gionata were exceptional. They were also fun and easy to work with. Alvaro and Gionata captured the emotion of the ceremony and the exuberance of the reception.
Technically, my husband and I are ecstatic over the composition and lighting in the photographs.
Lisa, the studio manager, promptly answered my many emails and was instrumental in arranging a schedule for the big day.
My only regret is that i did not contract extra hours for Alvaro and Gionata to photograph the after party!
I would not hesitate to recommend FineArt Studio.
Thank you for providing fabulous memories of the wedding!

True Artists of Their Profession
Pros: Professional, Friendly, Attentive, Artistic, Patient!
Cons: None
Fabrizio is a true professional! We put our complete trust in them to capture the most important day and they delivered.
They did not shoot a wedding but they told a story of our love through every frame and image.
We felt so comfortable with them that as we were going through our photos we kept saying “Wow how did they get that picture, I don’t even remember seeing them there.”
Our wedding photos were amazing but what we had the most fun with was the Cenote shoot.
They were so well organized: they picked the perfect cenote for us considering our lack of experience in water, they sent a driver to come get us, and they directed us and gave us complete confidence as we were nervous and cold underwater.
They made two uncoordinated dentists look like supermodels! (well we like to think that they did ) It truly was one of the best experiences we had on our destination wedding (wedding included).
We could have not asked for a better team.
They definitely are the best and know what they are doing.

Absolutely Stunning!!
Pros: Highest Quality and Amazing Work!
Cons: None
Planning a destination wedding requires a tremendous leap of faith in vendors/people you’ve most likely never met before.
Right from the beginning FineArt Studio made me feel comfortable and answered all of our questions.
They provided a link to preview several portfolios by their artists. ( I use the word “artist” in place of photographer because they truly are artists!)
We worked with Diego and Hernan. Prior to the wedding, they split up to allow them to capture pictures of the bride and groom preparing for the wedding, along with our families and friends.
Diego and Hernan were both flexible and accommodating, taking pictures of family and friends (your standard posed pictures) as requested.
The majority of the time, we hardly knew they were there. The end result of their work is beyond our expectations.
Working as a team, they managed to capture some of the most precious moments of our ceremony and reception.
The photos are visually stunning and our friends and family can’t believe how beautiful our album turned out.
Yes, there are photographers that are less expensive and even “recommended” by the resorts.
Please don’t cut corners on your wedding photos. We absolutely treasure our photos and have zero regrets working with FineArt Studio Photography.

In these photos, I feel beautiful.
I absolutely love our photos from FineArt Studio.
After looking at many portfolios of photographers in the Riviera Maya, we chose FineArt Studio because of the feeling in all the photos.
Just looking at other people’s portfolios made me cry!
Once we contacted them, Lisa made the process so easy and always provided friendly, helpful, and prompt responses to our questions.
Our photographers, Alvaro and Diego, really had an eye for art. They were always looking to use different elements of the surroundings to enhance the shot.
Better yet, they were totally on point in capturing the expression and feeling of us, our guests, and our day, at just the right moments. They really made us look great.
A word of advice – if you use FineArt Studio, be sure to let them know if you want any specific shots, such as traditional photos of the bride and groom or family members all looking at the camera.
They’ll certainly accommodate your request (they got all the shots we specifically asked for), but it’s not their normal style of photography.
They catch candid photos of your day in their natural context. We didn’t get a traditional photo of us both standing there looking at the camera.
Instead, our album cover will be a photo showing one of our sweetest wedding moments – gazing into each other’s eyes and grinning after our kiss. I love it..

Cons: None
When my husband and I decided to have a destination wedding, we had no idea who to use as our photographer.

Diego took the time to find great shots and was thinking and exploring all night for some photo opportunities.

We booked both a 4 hour wedding session and had a trash the dress session the next day with Diego.
They were at the hotel early for our wedding and even stayed later to get all the shots for our wedding!
They gave us everything we asked for with the photos. They were very quick with getting our photos back to us!
We were even able to print them put to show at our at home reception.
The pictures from our wedding are amazing!! We have received so many compliments on them and I am in love with all of them and they sent a ton of edited pictures to us!

Beautiful Photos!
Pros: Affordable, Incredible Photos, Extremely Responsive!
Cons: None
Choosing a photographer is overwhelming, especially for a destination wedding!
Once my husband and I chose a date and locations for our May wedding I started reaching out to all the photographers in the Tulum area. Lisa, the studio manager for FineArt was extremely responsive and I was immediately impressed.
After spending hours looking at portfolios (and comparing package prices) we decided that FineArt Studio was the one for us! We knew we wanted more of a photojournalist approach.
We really wanted the emotion of the day to be captured on film and to feel that when we looked back at the photos. Boy, did they deliver!
Throughout the planning process Lisa was sure to keep in touch and we were provided with various surveys to allow FineArt to really get to know us.
This made us feel great about our decision and also got us thinking about the shots that were really important to us.
We had a hard time choosing between Alvaro and Diego as our photographer, but ultimately decided on Alvaro. Ironically, Diego ended up as our 2nd photographer on the day of.
They were both extremely nice and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. I will say that for the “getting ready shots” my husband felt as though Diego gave him and the guys more direction than the girls and I received from Alvaro.
We both ended up with beautiful shots, but I think if you’re trying to decide between the two like we were, it may be a good idea to consider how much direction you want to be given.
We were also trying to decide between the 4 and 6 hr packages. I ended up asking if we could do 5, which Lisa said was fine, and this ended up being the perfect length of time for us.
It ended up raining on our wedding day, which proved to be challenging all around but all in all I think Alvaro and Diego handled it well and were able to deliver beautiful shots despite the weather.
The biggest surprise for us was the incredible turnaround time!
After our wedding, we went on a 12 day honeymoon and came home to find that our final portfolio had been e-mailed while on the flight home (within 2 weeks)!
I know this may not always be the case, but it is clear the FineArt strives to get you your photos as soon as possible, which I very much appreciated.
I asked about getting a few more photos from a specific location and about re-touching one, which they did very quickly.
The actual photos are incredible and evoke the very emotion we were hoping for! I honestly can’t imagine having received a more beautiful portfolio!
Advice: The most important advice I have is – BRIDES, GET YOUR HAIR AND MAKEUP DONE FIRST!
I had received that advice, but when my hair and makeup artists said they would do me last I ignored that little voice in my head telling me to insist on going first and went with it.
I figured they knew what they were talking about and that this way the photographer would be there for great “getting ready photos.” The problem is that all those photos are of me getting my hair and make-up done, because my hair person didn’t finish until 20 min past the intended start time of my ceremony. I didn’t get any photos with my girls, drinking champagne and enjoying my last few minutes as a single woman (obv at no fault of the photographer).
I was in a rush to get dressed and the whole process was just stressful. Have the makeup artist wait to put on mascara and the hair artist wait to do finishing touches, those things will get you the photos you want. Please, trust me on this!
I also didn’t take the time to think about the little details that I wanted photographed and looking back it makes me sad that some of those things were missed.
Be thorough in the pictures that are important to you and assign someone other than yourself to make sure that gets done.
I am so happy with my choice to choose FineArt Studio as our wedding photographer and I know you will be too!

Marcus & Claudi – Two German wedding photographers meet Mexican colleagues
Pros: Lisa, Fabrizio & Diego, fun & creativity, fast picture delivery
Cons: absolutely nothing!
Since more than 18 years we are a married couple and we are looking for some very special memories for our first holiday trip to Mexico.
Our last personal photo shoot was already a long time ago and so the idea was born for a new portrait session in Playa del Carmen.
But if you are working as wedding photographers as well – in Germany – (marcus-gievers.com) it’s not so easy to find the right photographer(s) for you, as we bring in our own (business) expectations in picture quality, style, personality and service.
Finally we found the perfect solution for us during a very enjoyable and fast mail conversation with Lisa, the lovely studio manager of fineartstudioblog.com.
Claudi chose Diego & Fabrizio as our photographers and as recommend by them, we switched the location from Playa del Carmen to Tulum, what was the absolute right decision.
An awesome place with so many possibilities for different sets of amazing photos.
We had a lot of fun with Diego & Fabrizio during the following hours full of creativity.
Thank you guys for the great job, we appreciate that so much! Claudi and I are so happy with your new pictures, you can’t believe!
We’ll come back, for sure!

Trabajo Espectacular

Amazing photography
Pros: Absolutely Everything!
Cons: none
I would like to send a special thank you to Gionata and Lucas for capturing the most amazing images of our wedding. They are a fantastic team and made me and my husband feel so relaxed as we both hate our photo taken.
I trawled the Internet for a photographer as this was the most important element for me and I was not disappointed with my decision. I found fine art studio early in my search but continued looking just to be sure.
Each time I found another photographer I found myself back on fineart studios blog thinking their images are far better then any others i had seen.
Lisa was fantastic, from the first contact she was so helpful and responded quickly to any questions and also kept us up-to date with the delivery of our finished album.
On the day, Gionata just blended in whilst we were getting ready and made me feel at ease after being delayed in the hairdressers. He and Lucas took beautiful natural photos which is exactly what we wanted.
My only regret is not booking the team for longer it went so quickly however they did capture all of the important parts of the day.
When we received our album I couldn’t of been happier they captured our wedding beautifully and told the story of the day.
The comments I have received from friends and family have been amazing. Several friends have said they are the best wedding images they’ve seen (i would definitely have to agree).
Your team is fantastic and I am so happy with everything you done for us.
I would highly recommend fineart studio for any photo shoots
Thank you !

FineArt Studio is AWESOME!!!
Pros: Amazing Photos, strong communication, positive energy, fun to work with.
Cons: none.
I can’t say enough about how much fun it was working with Gionata and Chesira from FineArt Studio Photography. We recently tied the knot at the NOW Jade Resort in Cancun on July 5, 2104.
The day completely exceeded our expectations and we are so thankful that we had such fun photographers to track everything along the way.
Looking back, it wasn’t just that Gionata and Chesira always seemed to be in the right place to capture key shots, but they really added to our day.
They both made us feel completely comfortable…from getting ready…to the ceremony..family photos…and the reception!
Our guests even commented that the photographers brought a positive, fun energy to the wedding. Can’t thank them both enough!
Additionally, the communication on the front end and back end from Lisa was great.
I would give FineArt studio the highest recommendation for anyone looking for someone to capture their big day. Without question it was money well spent!

The most amazing photos EVER
Pros: Stunning photos amazing to work with !!
Cons: none!
I would like to personally thank Fabrizio and Gionata for making our wedding a day I will never forget. I have never seen such amazing candid photography and would recommend them to anyone who is getting married in Cancun/Playa Del Carmen/Tulum area.
Their unique approach and use of lighting made each photo totally stand out. Both of them working as a team were so professional and the photographs were so natural.
Their energy just made the day so much fun! They made my husband and I feel like celebrities. Capturing photographs in angles and ways I would have never imagined could be possible.
Their work is equivalent to high end photographs you see in magazines or editorial shoots. When I first started looking for photographers on the internet I found some reviews of photographers which were helpful but very general.
I had then located their website and instantly was astonished with their work. I researched for about 2 months on Google searching everyone in the nearby areas but no photographs compared to fineartstudiomexico.com.
I hope this review will help brides getting married in Mexico make their choice.
If you are searching for over the top spectacular wedding photographers which will make your face light up every time you look at your photographs, I highly recommend checking out their website and staff. Pictures are very important to me as they are the only thing you will have to remember. It’s that one moment; that smile, that embrace. Looking at that photo can bring back all the best memories of your life.
My dress will yellow and fade, my memories die out but we will have these photographs for the rest of my life. They are something that I am so proud and I am so glad I choose the best photographers in Mexico!!
I have attached the link to my wedding photos so you can see the quality of their work. On a final note, I have gotten so many compliments on these photos I have lost count.
Thanks again to the both of you. I am at a loss for words how amazing they made our special day!

Truly amazing and artistic photos! And the photographers are respectful, professional, talented, and creative! Brings tears to our eyes!
Pros: Artistic photos capturing candid moments and emotion, as well as the incredible surroundings! Photographers are professional, talented, unobtrusive.
We had a truly amazing experience with these photographers! They are professional, courteous, respectful, and extremely talented and creative!
We were looking for photographers that could be artistic and really capture the FEELING in every moment, as well as the incredible beauty of Tulum.
Fabrizio and Diego did that and so much more!
The photos captured every emotion and every expression, which is why they continue to bring tears to our eyes every time we look at them!
Even the posed photos were candid, showing people smiling, laughing, crying, looking at one another…they are so fluid you really do feel like you are there all over again.
That was exactly what we had been hoping for, as oppose to the predictable, boring, staged photos you often see. These are pieces of art, and every time we look at them we are utterly moved.
Not only were Fabrizio and Diego able to capture the true emotion, but they were also able to capture the incredible scenery of Tulum–the ocean, the beach, the palms, the clouds, the sunset…they were extremely creative when thinking of where and how to “stage” our various photo shoots.
They even thought to pull us off the dance floor for a final round of shots under the moonlight–ah-mazing!!!! They really brought the magic of the day to film and for that we are forever grateful!!! Thank you Fine Art Studio!!!!

Phenomenal Photographers
Pros: Creative, artistic, professional, attention to detail, talented, high quality for a great price
My husband and I were married November 2, 2012 at Dreams, Tulum. A year prior to our wedding we began looking at the portfolios of various photographers in the US and Mexico.
For us, the photography was one of the most important parts of the wedding (especially since we had grandparents who could not attend) and we were willing to pay for creativity and quality.
My husband and I especially love art, so we wanted a photographer capable of composing visually stunning pictures.
As we browsed through the galleries on FineArt Studio’s webpage, we knew FineArt had the skill and the style we were looking for (especially for the trash the dress).
We booked six hours of wedding coverage and an additional day of trash the dress. Looking back, our biggest regret is not booking eight hours for the day of our wedding.
Wedding day: Fabrizio and Alvaro were our photographers on the wedding day. They arrived at our agreed upon time and immediately got to work capturing all the pre-wedding details.
During the ceremony Fabrizio and Alvaro positioned themselves perfectly for amazing shots. We had a Catholic wedding inside the resort’s chapel.
Fabrizio and Alvaro were able to position themselves right up by the priest to get the best pictures of my husband and I during the ceremony and our guests.
Despite being in front of us, neither of us noticed they were there which allowed the cameras to capture the raw emotion of us and our guests.
Nothing about the pictures feels staged or unnatural and they turned out beautifully.
When people look through the pictures of our wedding we not only get compliments about the quality and look of the pictures but we also get a lot of comments about how people can feel what it must have been like to be there.
The feeling and emotion each picture captures is exactly what we were looking for.
After the ceremony Fabrizio and Alvaro spent time capturing moments with our friends and family. They also spend a lot of time with just my husband and I.
Prior to our wedding we filled out a questionnaire detailing what we were looking for. Fabrizio and Alvaro definitely delivered on everything we were looking for and exceeded our expectations.
They were also very open to additional requests and ideas. Fabrizio and Alvaro were also very perceptive.
When they noticed my husband seemed nervous/anxious, they took the time to make him feel relaxed and/or let him take a break while they took pictures of me.
Trash the Dress: We spend a day with Fabrizio, Diego, and Lucas for the trash the dress session. We took photos in the city of Tulum, at a private beach, and at a cenote.
Fabrizio, Diego, and Lucas took the time to ensure they had the picture they wanted before moving on (I could not believe how patient they were with getting the right underwater shots, especially when my dress acted like a life preserver, making it difficult for me to sink).
When they took a picture they were excited about, they would stop and show us which in turn made us excited. They coached us through different poses and reminded us to relax when they saw any signs of tension.
Their attention detail and composition resulted in some truly stunning images.
Prior to the session beginning, my husband was not looking forward to spending an entire day having pictures taken (he does not enjoy sitting for pictures).
When the day was done he told friends and family that he had a lot of fun, that it was a great experience, and that he was glad I was unwilling to not do a trash the dress.
This speaks to how comfortable FineArt Studio makes couples feel and how much fun they make the day through their passion and excitement for their work.
The pictures we received from the trash the dress session were beautiful pieces of art. They are unique, awe inspiring,
In closing, I would also like to comment on FineArt Studio’s excellent service. Three weeks after our ceremony in Mexico, we had a very large reception back in the States.
We really wanted to have a slide show put together of our ceremony in Mexico. In addition, we planned to insert two 5×7 photos into a side by side frame for our guest’s gift totes.
Less than two weeks after our wedding, Fabrizio had sent us a slide show of the ceremony and the trash the dress images (and there were a lot).
Lisa also made sure to email a release to us so we could immediately get pictures for the frames ordered. Thanks to their quick turn around time, we had plenty of time to get everything together.
When people at our reception saw our images, they could not believe we already had them and that they looked so good (they could not believe that quality was not sacrificed for time).
I think this really shows the talent level of the photographers at FineArt Studio.

Went above and beyond, On time, Fun to work with, Very Artistic, Quick delivery, Decent price
We don’t have anything negative to say!
As we were searching for the perfect photographers for our wedding we stumbled across the FineartStudio website, after reading about them and looking through their portfolios, we decided they were exactly what we were looking for!
We loved their artistic view which clearly showed through in their photography! We chose Alvaro and Alfredo for our big day and they made it everything we dreamed of and more!
They were early and ready to go right when they arrived, capturing every little thing leading upto the wedding!
They made us feel so comfortable and relaxed which was a relief because we were both a little nervous to be infront the camera, but Alfredo and Alvaro made it so much fun and captured the most amazing photos!
We had our trash the dress session booked for the following day, and Alvaro and Alfredo went above and beyond by picking us up at our resort and we had the most amazing day!
They captured some amazing moments and made sure we had a great time!
We couldn’t have asked for better photographers, from beginning to end they went above and beyond and the finished product was everything we dreamed of and more!
I would recommend FineArtStudio to anyone looking for unique and artistc photograhy!
Thanks again for making our day so special!:)

Best Choice for Wedding Photographer
Pros: Great Customer Service, Patient Photographers, Amazing Photos
When searching for the perfect Wedding Photographer, I used BDW for much of my research. Thanks to other brides I was lead straight to FineArt Studio.
I was attracted by the artistic story telling approach of their photos. Lisa- the studio manager was very quick to respond to my inquiry and was knowledgeable, very responsive to all of my questions.
We decided to book Fabrizio for as our Photographer for the wedding as well as an underwater Trash the Dress photo shoot a few days later.
Fabrizio and Al, arrived on time with big smiles on the Wedding Day. The day flew by for me, but they captured every special moment of the day.
I had a minor Bride meltdown from the stress and trying to organize my guests for a group photo, but Fabrizio handled it like a champ, took over and got the job done.
Fabrizio, Diego & Al took us to Tulum for a Beach and Cenote Trash the Dress Session. This was by far the best decision we made. The scenery was gorgeous, the team have a great artistic eye and knew just how to pose us for the perfect shot.
They were easy going and patient with us as we often didn’t know how to pose. We had such an amazing day and were left excited and anxious to see all the photos.
Upon my return home, I contacted Lisa to inquire about the timeline in receiving our photos. Although it was busy season the photos were ready to be previewed within 2 weeks..
FAST! We asked for some additional editing on the photos which they did with out hesitation. Lisa was great in ensuring the photos were exactly how we wanted them.
Our friends and family have raved about how amazing and unique the photos are. We are so happy and would most definitely recommend them.
Thank you to Fabrizio, Diego, Al and Lisa for everything- you helped us capture memories that will last a lifetime.

Stunning work!!
Pros: Super easy to work with, responsive, friendly, and AMAZING WORK!!
Cons: None!
First, here is the link to our pictures because their work really speaks for itself: PHOTOS
We got married March 23rd, 2013 at Barcelo Maya Palace in Riviera Maya. We researched photographers extensively and found that FineArt had the best, most unique quality of pictures for a very competitive price.
We contacted them via email and received a response almost immediately.
The studio manager Lisa was very friendly and easy to work with, always getting back to us quickly and really got to know us before our special day.
Fabrizio and Lucas arrived on time the day of our wedding and we honestly forgot they were there half of the time!
They blended in perfectly with our group and felt like a true part of our day.
They were extremely friendly, fun guys! We recieved our pictures MUCH faster than we expected, a little less than 2 weeks after our wedding!!
They truely captured each detail of our day and got some AWESOME shots….escpecially on the dance floor! The discs followed in the mail very soon after.
We could not have chosen better photographers to work with and consider ourselves lucky to have found them. We HIGHLY recommend FineArt Studios for your destination wedding, or any special event in the Cancun/Riviera Maya area!!!

Just a big THANK YOU!
Pros: I really enjoyed working with Diego & Alvaro. They were very professional, friendly, and easy to work with and they took some really AMAZING pictures.
I probably should have been a little more vocal about the types of pictures and/or poses that I did or did not want.
I say this because some of their pictures tend to be a little more artistic, sexy etc. than I personally like, for example in some of the poses I was asked to tilt my head back and look up to the sky, and its just not who I am so they look weird to me, its a personal preference.
So I would suggest really thinking about the types of shots you will want , what you are comfortable with, and how to pose and be vocal about what you do and do not like to make sure you get really great shots.
I felt that Lisa was very professional and easy to work with and always responded when I needed help or assistance.
Thanks

Amazing photographers and great company!
Pros: Everything
Cons: None
We selected Fine art studios after months of researching photographers.
We selected them because of their quality of work, the office manager’s responsiveness, and finally the price.
They were beyond professional, on time, knew what they were doing, prepared, provided great posing instructions, and were so nice!
I can’t say enough good things about them. My wedding photos were important to me and I have no regrets with hiring Fine art studios.
We also booked a trash the dress session and it was more fun than our excursions. They were so much fun and it was an honor to get to spend two of the most important days of my life with them.
My husband and I liked them so much we’re coming back next year for boudoir photos.
As for people who have complained about how long it took to get their photos back, their time line is the same for most photographers.
I have friends who have had local weddings and it took months for them o get their final pictures.
I understand wanting the finished work fast but they are professionals and aren’t going to give you photos until their work is done and the pictures look amazing. Also, I was given great instructions for posing the entire time.
Don’t listen to anything negative, this company is amazing. I would recommend fine art studios to anyone getting married.

Incredible photographs – Amazing people – Perfect memories
Pros: Talented, hard working, unobtrusive, friendly, creative, captured perfect moments
From the start of our ‘wedding planning adventure’ FineArt Studio was helpful, supportive and a joy to work with. We started to correspond with Lisa in September 2012 in preparation for our April 2013 wedding in Tulum, Mexico.
Lisa was always very quick to answer any questions or reassure me when my nerves got the best of me. She always made me feel at ease with her friendly responses.
By the wedding day I felt a connection with Lisa and as soon as I saw her, I had to give her a big hug!
We chose Lucas to be the main photographer for our big day! We loved his work and felt that he should be the one to capture our special day.
The talented Lucas was accompanied by an equally talented photographer, Alvaro. Much to my surprise, Lisa was also there!! I couldn’t have been happier.
The FineArt Studio team jumped in right away and started taking pictures! Almost all of our 50 wedding guests have commented on how incredible the photographers were.
That they took pictures of everything and they were so friendly! Their sense of creativity was beautiful and fun!
FineArt Studio captured, in photographs, the essence of our special day – the emotions, the nerves, the fun that we had, the support of our family and friends…
But most importantly, the love that we have for each other – shown by those little smiles, the quick glances, the tender touches or laughs …
All of the little things that happen naturally between two people who are in love, were captured without us even knowing.
We felt that there is nothing more important for our wedding then to have photographs to look back upon. The day is such a blur of excited nerves.
I can honestly say that these pictures, taken my Lucas and Alvaro, will be some of our most treasured lifelong possessions.
They are gorgeous!
By the time FineArt Studio’s had to leave our wedding, we were friends – with hugs and many thanks, we saw them on their way.
We have talked about Lucas, Alvaro and Lisa many times since our wedding. They were some of the most genuine people that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
We cannot say thank you enough for not only capturing our special day – but for really being a part of it!
It was our pleasure to have you there.
We were also lucky enough to do a Trash the Dress cenote session with Fabrizio, Diego and (again) Alvaro!
The session was amazing! We felt comfortable and beautiful… The guys went out of their way to capture the most incredible pictures.
Amber and I had so much fun trying to swim in our dresses and trying to hold onto each other under water.
Many of the photographs from both our Wedding and our TTD session literally took our breath away. Not only do we look beautiful – the backgrounds are gorgeous, the lighting is just right, the angle is perfect.
We received our slideshow and web optimized photographs in less than 3 weeks! Amazing!
We couldn’t be happier with our experience with FineArt Studio – the pre-wedding correspondence, the positive and supportive presence on our wedding day, the amazingly beautiful photographs and the incredible people that we had the pleasure of meeting.
I would recommend FineArt Studio in a heartbeat to anyone who asks!

Beyond Our Expectations!!!
Choosing FineArt Studio for our February 2013 wedding was by far one of the best decisions my husband and I could have made!
My expectations for a photographer are unusually high due to my occupation, and Fabrizio and Diego completely exceeded every one of them.
From the very early conversations with Fabrizio, who was beyond accommodating to all of our questions as well as our budget, to the actual wedding day, we had nothing but a positive, wonderful experience.
Lisa. who worked with me on all the final details leading up to the wedding, provided answers and information to each and every one of my concerns in a prompt, friendly manner.
One the day of the wedding, Fabrizio, Diego, and Lucas arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule ready to go, and aside from the staged photos, you hardly even knew they were there!
They blended right in with the crowd, and captured every single moment of our special day. In just 10 short days following the wedding,
I had an email from Lisa letting me know that the photos were ready for my review, and when I looked at them, I was positively speechless!
FineArt’s unique approach to wedding photography is like nothing I have ever seen.
You go through such a serious of emotions throughout that special day, and Fabrizio and Diego captured every single one of them for me to go back to and remember.
I absolutely love their artistic and innovative approach, and could not be more pleased with their services.
On top of all of that, they are extremely kind and good-humored people who make you feel comfortable the instant you meet them.
From start the finish, the experience was top-notch, and I strongly recommend them to anyone having a destination wedding in their area!

Beautiful shots, relaxed, personal and friendly
Pros: Photo’s are stunning, Diego and Alfredo were so friendly and chilled giving us no pressure to keep it formal, easily worth more then the price charged which was exactly as first quoted.
Cons: sorry to put a con but there was a long wait for the photo’s (although they were worth it)
Fine Art studio were exactly the right choice for us and our day. Organising a wedding in another country (we live in the UK) was quite scary at times.
Even though we did lots of research to make our decisions you never really know if it will be exactly what your paying for.
Fine Art studio provided more then I had expected and I realised how important great photographers are for the over atmosphere of the day.
Firstly the price for 2 photographers, discs and unlimited photo’s is so reasonable. The communication between Fine Art and us was excellent with then replying immediately, explaining all we needed to know and genuinely welcoming us to contact them at any time.
We got to choose our main photographer by looking at shot styles in their portfolio’s and we got who we wanted and the date we wanted.
We also emailed them our plans for the day and as I was getting ready in another resort in Tulum and travelling to Playa Azul for our wedding where my groom was. Anything we wanted we could have.
We had paid for two photographers and given the split situation, to begin with we had three for no extra cost! On our wedding day Diego and Alfredo where so lovely.
They were not rushing us for shots, we was able to carry on as they took them around us, when they did ask us to do certain poses it was more to stay where i was!
All though the day, they were friendly and so relaxed that we just carried on. We asked for a few “posey” shots and they were happy to go with whatever we wanted.
They had a great balance of capturing the natural shots and directing us to great positions to capture the perfect shot.
After we returned home, we were very anxious to see the photo’s and knew we would have to wait, but we was very upset we had to wait as long as we did without knowing if they were ok or not (approx 4 months).
However saying that we were reassured that they were coming. When they did arrive….Wow….they were worth the wait! All the shots were beautiful and really captured our day and we have been able to feel the whole day again when looking through all the photo’s.
We asked if they could edit a few photo’s as we wanted some touch ups in the background, this was no problem.
They what we wanted immediately and they came back looking even better.
Everyone has commented on the photo’s and they all so good we still have not decided on one to go up on the wall!
Thank you so much
Hailey and Joe

Awesome Experience
Pros: Creative, friendly, price, quality, talented, fast service.
Fine Art Studio turned out to be one of the best wedding decisions we made.
Choosing a wedding photographer is very stressful and the photographer was one of the most important aspects of our wedding because the photographs will be something that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.
After hours online, we chose Diego and Fine Art Studio because we were comfortable with their pricing, the albums on their website were truly beautiful, and we loved their photo journalistic approach.
Lisa was awesome. Whenever I thought I needed to touch base with Lisa, I’d find an e-mail from her already. She was always quick to respond and really easy to work with.
Diego and Alvaro started working the second they stepped onto the resort and never really stopped. Even when we told them to eat I’m not sure they ever did.
Diego and Alvaro really captured the special moments of our wedding and their photographs were stunning. Just watching them work we knew we would have some really neat shots.
Diego and Alvaro are very talented and very good looking (as my sisters mentioned a few times during the wedding). We paid for 4 hours of photography.
We said goodbye to Diego and Alvaro and when they saw that we were still doing the garter and bouquet toss after they were done working, they ran back to make sure they caught it on camera.
We did a few portraits with family and a few group photos. The only negative thing was you can’t see everyone in our group photos.
Some people are hidden by others and we had no idea until we got the photos back.
Before the wedding, I e-mailed Lisa with a list of photos we would like. One piece of advice for future brides and grooms is to designate a friend or family member to make sure you are taking photos off your list.
It is so hectic on your wedding day and you forget about things.
I had a few photos I completely forgot to have them take. Example: I made a thank you sign that I wanted to take a picture with on the beach for our thank you cards. I forgot the sign in our room and didn’t even realize it until the morning after the wedding.
Another piece of advice: I’d suggest purchasing 5+ hours of photography. We purchased 4 hours and our photos consisted of: bride getting ready, ceremony, group photos, bride and groom photos, and dinner.
Four hours just is not enough time and it all felt very rushed. Plus the whole wedding flew by, you blink and it’s all over. Five hours would have been perfect for us.
Our photos were available online 11 days after the wedding, what a nice surprise!
We have received so many complements on our pictures. Everyone thought the photos were so beautiful and they made them feel like they were at our wedding.
It’s so nice to be able to share the photos with all our friends and family back home.

Exceptional
Pros: creative, unobtrusive, passionate, efficient, honest, genuine.
The team at FineArt Studio was exceptional to work with from initial conversation to delivery of our photos. We are incredibly happy with their service, sense of creativity, responsiveness and overall professionalism.
In brief, we highly recommend them and if you are reading this review, engage them.
Our standards are fairly high and they exceeded every one of them! We expected two photographers, (Diego and Lucas) and they provided three, (Diego, Lucas and Chesira).
We expected delivery of our photos within 4-6 weeks and they provided them within 3 weeks. They told us they would provide approximately 300 – 350 photos and we received over 500 images!
Above all, the images they captured were stunning! They were creative, natural and unimposing. The photographers were present during all the essential moments of our wedding day yet remained unobtrusive.
Additionally, Diego managed our group of 35 effortlessly; making people laugh and captured our experience naturally.
Additionally, the price they quoted was precisely what they charged. There was no attempt at an up sell, no delay and no excuses.
They arrived on time, did more than expected and stayed a little late… all with a smile and genuine passion for what they do.
Lastly, the Studio Manager, Lisa, must be given a lot of credit for her role. She is incredibly responsive, attentive and a pleasure to work with.
As the behind the scenes face of the Studio, she was essential to the communication process, (constantly providing updates), answering all of our questions, (in a timely manner) and delivering what was promised.
Well done FAS! We wish your team continued success as your passion and love of photography clearly shows in all that you do.
Grazie,

Creative, friendly, professional, passionate, and talented photography studio in Riviera Maya, Mexico
Pros: Great customer service, consistent communication, easy and efficient, timely, high quality photography work, impressive skill.
Cons: Need to provide more feedback to clients regarding adjusting position/hair/pose.
Words cannot express how happy we were with the work of Diego and Fabrizio and also the overall professionalism of Fine Art Studio and Lisa’s coordination of services.
We received our on-line portfolio so quickly… within 3 weeks from the wedding and just when we returned from our honeymoon which was a wonderful surprise.
Diego and Fabrizio are true artists and very skilled at what they do. Lisa was so helpful with coordinating services.
We started looking at Fine Art in October of 2012 and didn’t actually book them until end of April 2013.
Lisa remained helpful, patient, and pleasant during this waiting period and answered all questions in a timely manner.
We spent a lot of time researching photographers and I feel strongly that Fine Art Studio demonstrates the most creativity, talent, skill, professionalism and passion for photography!!
The final portfolio captures our wedding day beautifully and surpassed our expectations.
I highly recommend Fine Art Studio for wedding photography!

Simply the best !
Pros: 5 star in all they do.
We were originally planning to bring a photographer from U.S. but we decided to go with a local team who knows the area.
Seeing and comparing galleries and reviews between different local vendors there was no doubt that we should use FineArt Studio for our big day.
Looking back we are So happy by our pick. This group is amazing, I am a very picky guy and I have to admit that FineArt Studio exceeded our expectation by far!
It wasn’t only about the awesome pictures they took but their professionalism, friendliness and service.
I think Lisa (Studio Manager) works 24/7, she responded to our emails without any delays and we felt that could count on her 100%.
Just few days before our wedding we decided to have video recording service as well!, although Fine Art Studio did not offer this specific service in the package, Lisa and Fabrizio made arrangements to connect us with right people and took care of all details.
We have to say that the videographer group was astounding as well. Below, you can find the link to a sample clip our videographer made for us. http://vimeo.com/55633818
Fabrizio, Lucas ,Chesira and Alvaro went above and beyond to make us happy and our wedding experience exceptional.
We can’t thank them enough.

Stunning Photos
Pros: Great communication, lovely to work with, incredible photos
My husband and I knew we didn´t want the traditional wedding shots and poses, but more of a behind the scenes journalistic approach to the whole day.
Finding the right photographer was one of our top priorities for the wedding, and the moment we saw Fabrizio´s work we knew it had to be him.
The style was exactly what we were looking for and the price was very reasonable for such an important part of our wedding.
The communication with the team at FineArt studio was wonderful; they were always very helpful and quick to reply.
Fabrizio, Diego and Alvaro were amazing the day of the wedding and made us feel so comfortable.
We had about 80 guests at our wedding, and they made sure to get photos of absolutely everyone which was very important to us.
They captured some amazing moments and the photos are stunning.
We are so thankful to Fabrizio and his team and 100% recommend them as the best option in the Mayan Riviera.

Amazing & Talented Photographers
Pros: Excellent quality, friendly, skilled, fun.
Cons: None whatsoever.
We were very lucky to have Fabrizio and Lucas shoot our destination wedding at Dreams Cancun Resort & Spa. Both of them arrived on time and ready to begin.
I must say these two photographers are very talented and know how to capture an event well! They were also very friendly and always had a smile on their face.
We just received out photos and have received numerous compliments from our friends and family. I absolutely love the photos! The whole staff is very sweet and responsive as well.
To all the brides/grooms out there considering FineArt Studio, you will NOT be disappointed!!! I had such an amazing experience with them and there’s not a single thing I would change =)

We couldn’t have asked for better photographers than the team @ FineArt Studio!
We were nervous to hire a local photography for our destination wedding near Playa Del Carmen, but after doing A LOT of research on-line, reading reviews…etc.
We knew FineArt Studio was the right choice for us the moment we saw their work by chance on a destination blog.
We weren’t just looking for a photographer, we really want our pictures to tell the story of our wedding day so we can relive the moments over & over again.
FineArt Studio did exactly that and more. Fabrizio & his team were friendly, professional & extremely easy to shoot with.
Alvaro & Diego were really fun to talk to and made me feel so comfortable during our engagement session.
Chesira was so warm & helpful! I think some of our family members were very smitten with Fabrizio after meeting him at our wedding!
They work so quietly that you don’t even notice them there, but they will step up & guide you when you need guidance. They made us feel very relaxed, like we were already old friends.
Lisa, the office manager was very prompt & helpful with the email replies.
We were able to see a few sneak peak pictures that we were able to share with friends & family. And we were able to see all our photos online within 2 weeks after our wedding!
Many of our friends and family told us how they loved the quality of our pictures and even mention that we should submit them to bride magazine/websites!

FineArt Studio Photography
Pros: Detail oriented, fantastic shots, amazing artistic ideas, friendly photographers & staff, timely, PERFECT
I was nervous about a destination wedding & photographers I’ve never dealt with before.
We contemplated bringing someone down from the states to Mexico to take our photographs.
The power of Google led me to Fine Art Studio. I stalked them for awhile & attempted to compare them to other photographers in the area but NONE compared to how fabulous Fine Art was.
Their pricing is WELL worth their services. That was one thing I wanted to pay extra for because these photos will be around forever & they took photos that I will want hung in my house FOREVER.
The photographers were awesome, they did such a good job & they were easy to get along with.. No uncomfortable times. I can be camera shy but they made it easy! When I received my photos back, everyone was in awe. Many of my friends & family made the comments they had never seen such good wedding photographs.
There is not one negative thing to say about their service.

Incredible job by Fabrizio and his Team
Pros: Artistic shots, no pressure, non-imposing (but extremely present), excellent work
Cons: Took a little bit longer than expected to get the photos
We feel so lucky to have been referred to Fabrizio by our wedding planner, Gwen Grosset.
Our Tulum wedding took place this March and I was so daunted by finding a photographer that could capture the day that felt authentic to Guillaume (my husband) and I without feeling forced, posed or overly formal.
Fabrizio and his team showed up right on time the day of the wedding and were completely un-obtrusive while we got ready.
Plus, they managed to get shots of the rings, the dress, the suit and all the details that made the day so special without us even requesting them (but that ultimately made these the ideal document of our day).
And the quality of the photos are perfect. Beautiful and significant, I really believe Fabrizio is a true artist.

Great service-excellent photos!
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
We used FineArt Studio for our trash the dress photos. They were helpful from the very beginning (at least 9 months before our trip).
Any questions we had Lisa was quick to respond. On the day of the shoot they made us feel comfortable and guided us throughout every shot.
They treated us like we had been friends for a long time and not just as clients.
The value is incredible for everything they offer…and of course the photos are phenomenal (their website demonstrates that).
I shopped around a little before committing to FineArt Studio and nothing else compared to what they were offering.
Not to mention one of my friends had also used them for her ceremony and TTD pictures so I knew I couldn’t go wrong.
The point is they were excellent, fun, professional, and it will be something we can cherish forever! You will not be disappointed.
Many thanks to the FineArt Studio team!

Wedding/ TTD
Pros: talent, punctual, professionalism, great energy
Cons: Absolutely nothing!
First I would like to start with planning of the wedding. I started by looking for photographers on this very website and through blogs, I found FineArt Studio.
My husband and I decided last minute to get married this summer, I contacted the studio manager for a quote and had one with dates and times within two days.
We were able to plan a wedding in just month and a half with the help of this studio.
They were able to give us a quote based upon our needs. During the month leading up to our wedding, I was in contact with the manager several times, she was very prompt on getting back to me.
The day of wedding was absolutely beautiful Fabrizio and Diego did a wonderful job capturing our big day and creating lasting memories for us.
Three days later we did a TTD session at their secret beach location and in a cenote.
If you are not sure about this I strongly recommend it, the TTD was so much fun and the pictures are absolutely breathtaking!
Overall the experience was incredible, they did a great job with every aspect of our wedding and TTD. I can not say enough great things about these guys, truly are gifted and have a keen eye for beauty in an artistic way.

Hola Fabrizio
Thanks so much for our beautiful wedding photos! We loved how the rainbow was captured. We felt very special to have a rainbow on our wedding day. The scenery came out so beautiful.
I liked all the photos of the statues and interesting objects around La Zebra. There are really nice shots of all our guests and of course of us too.
Josh and I are not very photogenic so it meant so much to us to have so many photos of us together that came out so well. It is rare for us to both look nice in the same picture.
The quality of the photos is very good. I like the way the colors were enhanced and also to see the same shot in different ways. The artsy photos with off angles, focuses, and lighting we really love.
There are so many pictures that really captured our tender moments. We appreciate the effort and creativity that went into getting all the shots, like the ones under the umbrella in the rain.
Some of the poses for the posed shots were not really our style. We prefer something more natural or very different/ creative for wedding poses.
It would not be fair to really complain about this because some beautiful shots came out of some of poses we did not like.
For, example there is a photo of us by the statues where I am leaning in kind of an odd pose and Josh is standing with his arms crossed (to me it looks like I am fixing my dress, but I think the pose was leaning with hand on the hip).
I absolutely love it. I know that the poses were an attempt to make us more photogenic, which worked for some of them.
The cenote photos were really interesting and beautiful. Shots with both under and above were some of our favorites. Also, seeing the surface from under the water.
Josh is a little disappointed in his expression underwater(eyes closed tightly), but I love the pictures of us together underwater.
There are too many pictures to list as our favorites for both wedding and ttd.
I hope this gives you some feed back. We are very satisfied.
Please pass along our thanks and gratitude to Hernan and all of the photography assistants(wish all their names I knew) from the wedding and cenote.
Carina and Josh

Amazing experience!
I can’t say enough good things about Fine Art Studio.
From my first meeting with Fabrizio to meeting with Alfredo and Alvaro they always made me feel like any questions I had were answered with respect and knowledge.
I had a hard time with my wedding planners and not knowing what was to be expected for our wedding day which had me very upset but Lisa, Alfredo and Alvaro put me at ease telling me to not get stressed and things will all workout.
There were some obstacles with the hotel and the wedding planners but Alfredo and Alvaro rolled with the changes and kept going and were able to capture amazing photos.
You guys have a great team and great teams are hard to find I hope you appreciate each other as much as Peter & I have appreciated working with you all.
The photos that were captured were amazing. We thought you were absolutely fantastic. We really enjoyed having you around for the day and felt really relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera.
The photos speak for themselves, they are amazing and so much more than we could ever have expected.
Thank you again from the bottom of my heart xx

Excellent service, once in a lifetime experience!
Pros: Like no other photographers we’ve ever met!
The guys at FineArtStudio are one of a kind… we had the absolute best experience and it was truly the highlight of our destination wedding.
They made us feel so comfortable and were patient with me when the sinking to the bottom of the water didn’t exactly come natually! (Thanks Diego!)
Everyone that sees out pics on facebook or in our home cannot believe the work and everyone says the same thing… “I’ve never seen anything like this!”
They came recommended to us and we would recommed them over and over. For anyone that wants something different, this is for you!
The memories of the shoot are just as priceless as the photos themselves!! Don’t be nervous, just do it, you’ll never regret it!!

Perfection
Pros: Attentive staff, Professional, Comfortable, Fun, Exciting.
Fine Art Studio created a once in a lifetime experience for us and captured it beautifully as well.
I was nervous, (as I am with most things), but everything couldn’t have been more perfect. FAS was extremely patient with my numerous questions and concerns.
They assured me everything would work out smoothly and indeed it did! Their driver met us promptly at the front of our hotel and took us on a beautiful drive to our meeting point where we were than introduced to the TEAM of photographers. 4 members to be exact. Fabrizio and Diego were both present.
They took us to beautiful isolated destinations where we were given our own patch of paradise to use as our own personal studio.
The cenote was absolutely amazing. I’ve never seen anything so stunning. I had a bit of trouble adjusting to swimming in my dress, but FAS used their magic and sent us OUTSTANDING photographs.
I would definitely recommend FAS to anyone that wants unique and beautiful photographs and a fun little adventure to remember for the rest of your life. <3

Best Day of Our Life’s Captured Beautifully
We highly recommend the services of fine arts studio.
Their whole approach to capturing such an important day is very natural, casual, and very professional.
The quality of the photos are crisp, clear, and highly defined, whether taken in black and white or color.
FineArt Studio had many great reviews from other wedding couples which help aid us in our decision, and we know see why!!!
Thanks Guys!!

The most amazing photographers!!!
Pros: highly skilled and professional, go above and beyond
Cons: none!
We just came back from our wedding in Playa del Carmen a few weeks ago and aside from the wedding itself, the experience that stood out most to us was working with FineArt Studio.
I booked FineArt Studio in November, solely from their portfolio online. I couldn’t find any reviews about them on this forum because they were new to Mexico and were just starting to set up their following there, so I took a leap of faith and kept my fingers crossed.
Over the months between November and my wedding in May, I kept following their website and Facebook page and was growing more and more excited based on the new photos of recent weddings they were posting.
We did our TTD shoot a few days before the wedding and it was an experience we’ll never forget! We met Fabrizio, Diego and Debora in Tulum and shot around town first and then headed to the cenotes.
They’re all incredibly professional and super creative. They were taking photos from every angle imaginable, climbing up, crouching down – it was fun to observe them working!
At the cenotes, we took a lot of underwater photos and they kept going until we got the perfect shot!
The day of the wedding, Fabrizio and Alfredo, came over as we were getting ready and stayed with us till the party ended.
We had multiple comments from our families and friends afterwards about how great they were and how impressed they were with how hard they were working.
Even though their style is photojournalistic, we asked them to take some portrait shots with our families and they happily obliged.
I’m really glad that we did the TTD shoot before because we felt that much more comfortable shooting with them the day of the wedding.
I really trusted the creative direction they took with shooting all the different facets of the wedding and I can’t wait to see all of the photos in a few weeks!
I would absolutely recommend them and am already looking forward to having them shoot our anniversary photos!!

Highly Recommend FineArt Studio Photography
Pros: Great to work with, Beautiful and Unique Photos, Attention to Detail
We chose FineArt Studio Photography for our wedding December 5, 2011 at Excellence Playa Mujeres in Cancun, Mexico.
I researched photographers in the area for months before choosing FineArt Studios for their beautiful editorial type photos and their reasonable prices.
We had them shoot our wedding and then had a Trash the dress shoot the next day which was alot of fun and some of our favorite pictures.
We worked with Fabrizio and Alfredo and they were very creative with the TTD photo shoot and always gave us direction to get the best shot.
Everyone that has seen our photos LOVES them and said they are the prettiest photos they have ever seen.
I was so happy with our photos and got exactly what I wanted.
The photos truly show the timeline of our wedding and everyone feels like they were there when they look at them.
Thank you FineArt Studios for AMAZING pictures!
